Hello,
Could someone tell me why I can't get this header effect to work using themler, despite breaking down each category into its own file type/s and adding them into the appropriate sections within my theme/page, using additional html, css and a separate .js script file.
Example:

So far all I can do is get the header to appear at the top of the page, but no scroll effect whatsoever.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
