Themler Update v. 559 - PHP 8 support for Wordpress and Joomla themes added

We are glad to introduce version 559 that includes:

• PHP 8 support for Wordpress themes
• PHP 8 support for Joomla 3 themes
• More fixes for Joomla 4 support

If your theme for Wordpress or for Joomla 3 cannot be opened to update Themler, please temporarily switch to PHP 7.x, open and update Themler, then switch to PHP 8. Alternatively, import the theme in Themler desktop, update and re-export it under a different name, then install the theme on your website.

Updated a few of my sites and found that some extensions where not ready for 8.0. So I removed them and after that I could update the sites template and then update to php8

Mayby this is helpfull for some of you.

I will resolve to my trick.

When will we get the improved Themler for php80!

I extended my subscription for another year, waiting for fixes!

What's the use if the Themler software comes with old php5, the Theme 559 runs on php8 on my server on the Internet, but not under Themler at my workplace.
So it's for naught and not usable. We need to be able to edit the themes in our themler so that we can install them in Joomla, WordPress and others under php8.

Please update the php, MySQL and Apache versions in Themler software.

The software cannot be used in this way.

We've all paid for software that works, but this software doesn't work and you want us to buy your newly developed Nicepage.

What is the current standing?

I upgrade to PHP 8.0 in Joomla and get the following error

0 - spl_autoload_unregister(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function "__autoload" not found or invalid function name

Could you please try it with Joomla 4.2 and PHP 8, with the theme attached?

We have responded in a separate topic and will continue investigating the widgets issue, because it is also not reproducible at the moment. Please answer in that topic.

The issue isn't reproducible so far. Could you please open a new private topic and provide temporary access to your website with the latest Wordpress, PHP 8 and Themler v.559 for investigation?

But keep selling licenses on a product that hasn't been updated and is buggy and not up to date with current php requirements.
Please update the software with php 8 so that we as your customers can also use this software.

The work that this entails and the risk that the team here will do the same to us as with Themler.

I can't use Virtuemart with Joomla4 and PHP7.4.
Years ago I switched from Artisteer to Themler, but I can't migrate my sites today to NicePage... and if after a few years they release a new template builder I will have to migrate... it doesn't convince me.

same here. I switched to another framework/template designing software.

You have also been a Artisteer user... and now a Themler user
So you know what the future will bring...
