Menu and eye catcher only shown on the start page

I have converted a artisteer theme to theemler and could successfully assign it to my page.

The url ist: https://alt.osc-berlin.de/

The problem is that the menu and the eyecatcher is only shown on the start page. With the artisteer theme it did run with php7.

And I have also converted another theme where everythings works as expectec.

Hello,

As theme structure is different, some elements can be transferred not exactly as they were. Please make sure to assign the menu to all pages you need them on, by going to the Menu module assignment page in CMS admin panel.
