I have install joomla 4.1 and i have install blank_themler_joomla4_theme. While i try to edit that i got an error see the attached file.
I have tried to change PHP version from 8 to 7.4 or 7.3 but it doesn't work.

While i was working i got a PHP error and from that moment when i try to import any section i can see only those things that are in the main page. If i choose anything from the side i got an empty window. See attached file.

i thing i find a solution for the above. If i choose from side bar to add a new section i have no problem.
But now i have another one. I got the attached error. And while i am adding a menu on the header is not working properly. It always change position and i can't move it up.
