Themler dont show the toolbar in the top, some preblen with my hosting or another solution?

Themler dont show the toolbar in the top, some preblen with my hosting or another solution?

Once of my customers is having the same problem. This appears to only be an issue on windows-based computers. Everything works fine when accessing via my iMac.

Hello,

Do you mean the ribbon on the top from Themler UI? It can happen theoretically, that some rather old theme has been imported, and it needs to be updated. Could you please provide some screenshots showing the issue?

Maybe the same problem. Using the HTML template. The top shows an empty bar. Screenshots from 2 different attempts
The empty template was just installed, the other one was ok before but not any more.

I got the same issue, I am not sure but I think it started after update wordpress to ver. 6.1 . Roll back wordpress core to previos version not fix the problem. Themler version 550 so, not so old.

I'm not sure but as I thoute it started after update wordpress to 6.1 but later downgrade wordpress to previous version 5.8 but toolbar isn't loading so updates doesn't metter. I think it something with windows 10 and later becouse i take look now from widnows 7 and it works normally but when i start it on windows 10, widnows 11 it not work ( Chrom, Firefox).

I tested it on firefox older version 9.4 and it work properly, so its something with browsers update.

Hello,

Looks like the issue has appeared with the latest Chrome version and is related to http/https encryption. Please try using https on your hosting. Alternatively you may consider using an older Chrome version or Firefox.

I have reviewed the situation and apparently the host could be a cause because I open the pages and other hosting providers and they work, but when I report they tell me that everything works perfectly. I have tried with other operating systems and it does not work, even with mac. I will try linux as the last option and I will comment.

I am going to tell you how he solved the situation: I downloaded the web browser: "Epic Privacy Browser" I have version 104.0.5 of 32 bits.

Perhaps they should allow the cookies of the site they are going to edit in the configuration and so far I have been able to do it without a problem and I can now edit all the sites.
