Cannot seem to renew or purchase Themler or Nicepage as cards not working on just your site (PayPro Global)

Hi Support,
My head is wrecked now with this. I have a number of customers as well as myself having the issue using Irish Credit/Debit cards to purchase your products. I have tried 3 debit and 2 credit cards (ones that worked for previous renewals) and they all fail to get the 3ds request sent back to my banks from PayPro Global. They Paypro global have fobbed me off saying its a bank issue but how can the bank process something that never gets requested ? My Bank are saying there never seems to be a request to approve funds.Please step in and get Paypro Global to figure this out or at least provide a alternative method of payment.

We are sorry to hear this. PayPro Global is our payment gateway so unfortunately we cannot track when any issues come in the way in the payment process. However we don't see any records for the recent orders from your current account either. Did you try to purchase directly at https://themler.io/Purchase?

Hi Nettie, I actually managed to eventually add my card to paypal and process it that way.
