Please add an option to edit each page with content

Hi Themeler Team, I know Themeler is more about the page templates than the page's content, but now after using it a few months, I can see a really great potential if there was an option to have the ability to edit other pages in the site's content, instead of only the templates.

Let's say I have a site for a company, and this company has lots of products, if I had the option to to build more unique page templates would do the job, but currently there is only the current number of templates available.

So, let's say i open a new page, and want only to add a row with a textgroup from themeler, currently, I want be able to do it. But, if this option was available, it would mean ultra customization in a level that actually no other theme/website online builder has that i know of, it is kind of the holy grail for web designers..

Do you mean content inside widgets and pages ?
If it is so I vote against it. It is so easy to add content in WordPress backend. Dont be lazy.

Right now you can make unlimited numer of widget positions, put them wherever you want. You can create unlimited number od different page templates.

Note topic is from September last year and Themle now has more options. Plus, Author is looking for something else, not that you are looking for.

It's not a case of being lazy it's about streamlining workflow, in Artisteer it's possible to create pages and widgets at the same time as creating/editing the theme so it's not a new totally off the wall concept that should get peoples' backs up.

If we could create/edit full pages and widgets within Themler then full sites could be created much faster and we could do it all using Billion Digitals incredible drag and drop, wysiwyg editor. This would give Themler a huge edge above any other themer or content editor as it would be an all in one tool.

Problem is your wish would slow down a lot of other more important options.

Besides, if you find it difficult in WordPress give it more time to learn.

To make it short, you can now do in Themler all you did in Artisteer. HTML/Text blocks.

That is a huge understatement of what Themler is although you can create a complete website with Artisteer which not currently possible in Themler. maybe you're not using them correctly.

Again, it's not about an inability to use Wordpress, or anything else, it's about streamlining what we do, You really need to stop basing your points on assumptions. With Themler you can create a huge array of different content using a WYSIWYG editor with a few clicks and a bit of typing, to create the same content within Wordpress often means huge amounts of coding HTML, CSS and JS. To me, your argument is kind of similar to saying we don't need a theme builder because we can type out all of the code ourselves...

Using a few refined tools that can do a lot is far more efficient than having to swap between lots of different tools that can each only do a little.

Lastly, I think it should be down to the wonderful Themler team to decide what are the most important things to focus on, not you or I.

If you need visual composer for pages buy Createer from Billion company.

Honestly have no clue what you want. WordPress as CMS is done by thousands of community developers. Done with regards to give you very easy to use backend and add content. And now you ask for Themler to do the same thing.

  • What specific problem do you have when adding widgets in WordPress ?
  • And what widgets, beside simple text, would you like Themler makes it possible to add?

Themler already generates huge themes. As a matter of fact it is recorder in code lines and sizes in KB on whole world. If not recorder, then in very top.

An all in one visual theme, content and page builder is surely the dream for web designers. The reality is that the 3 concepts are all closely tied and Themler already has most of the components needed to do all three better than most tools do each separately so it's not a huge leap.

If you cannot, or have it difficult, to ad content with WordPress then better to find yourself some other profession.
Themler is not a toy, and they cannot keep adding new code lines for ever.
There are plenty of plugins for this, and simply install them if you need them.

You "missed" URL above. This is from same company who makes Themler. What is a problem ? You dont have lust to pay ?
