left sidebar and vertical menu

Can you please help me how can change vertical menu from my left sidebar to mobile menu? Or how can I make my vertical menu to work like topmenu?

I think my vertical menu desn't work properly - when I reset to default it doesn't work as well. I can't see vertical menu button to make any changes.

Hello,

In Themler under the Vertical Menu tab, in the Responsive section, you can enable display of the icon for the Vertical Menu in responsive mode and set the appropriate subitem display mode on the smaller screens:
-No Submenu - the menu subitems are not displayed in responsive mode.
-Expanded - all subitems are displayed as open in the vertical menu when the page is loaded.
-On Click - by clicking a parent item, the list of subitems is opened, but the parent item page is not loaded.
-With Reload - by hovering the parent item, a list of subitems and the parent item page are loaded.

Thank you for your repaly, but I can not see responsive mode for Vertical Menu, and when I put it into vmenu position I don't get vmenu style - there is only bullet :(

Please make sure the vertical menu is set up in a correct way.

yes I set up vertical menu in right way. I attachted photos of the problem. Please help me, I don't know how to solve the problem. I don't receive mobile viue on tablets and phones - menu doesn't look like mobile version
