Unable to Install Themler on Win 10!

I run Windows 10 and I downloaded Themler on it. But I am experiencing a problem when I am trying to install this. During installation, I get the following message:

"This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your administrator."

I really have no idea why I am getting this error. Could someone please help me to resolve it?

After posting the thread here, I started searching online for resolving the issue and came across this guide https://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-error-1625-this-installation-is-forbidden-by-system-policy. I followed some useful solutions from there. First I modified local security policy settings and the registry, then enabled the Windows installer service. After doing the tasks properly, I tried to install this, and I have no longer any issues while installing this.

Now I did not get any such kind of issues while installing this software.
