Do you use Themler for Mac application or Themler online? Is the issue present when trying to export in other supported browsers (from Safari for Mac / Chrome / Firefox)?

Please try to open Themler through a browser using a link like this
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
The exact numbers are visible in Themler Live Preview.
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export.
As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website.
