Importing an Artisteer model in Thelmer which comes from your models, it indicates server not found, it leaves the version of the model 178 no update possible.

Hello,

Can you open any other theme at the moment? Does the server error happen anywhere else?

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello, after several tests on different Artisteer themes coming from your site, the update is not possible, it remains in version 178, two errors I have, server unavailable, or or sometimes "please wait, update to the new version, the window flashes for a while without arriving at an update.

Hello,

Please try the following:

  1. Open Themler Desktop
  2. Open your theme
  3. Make its copy under a (slightly) different name via File -> Make a copy as
  4. Close Themler Desktop
  5. Open Themler desktop
  6. Select your CMS
  7. Find the copy of the theme in the list of themes there you have
  8. Open it and it should start updating, or at least should be opened with the red Update button on top available.

Also please make sure you have this Artisteer version for export:
www.artisteer.com/media/p4/files/Artisteer.4.3.0.60928.exe

If the issue is still present, please let us know.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Good morning,

I just followed your method by making a copy with a different name, and recovering my renamed version, indeed Themler does the update to the latest version, once in Themler the articles and menu are displayed very well, but as soon as I preview the Theme from joomla, there is no menu and no article, I just have the top header, even by selecting the hmenu in module nothing is displayed, no Joomla article is poster, I have the version of Artisteer that you indicate.
