Prestashop: version 8? or 1.7?

Dear,
I've ordered Themler Pro to create Prestashop template.
I've installed PrestaShop 8.1.1 first, but when uploading the zip-file as template, I've got a message that Zip-file is not correct. Even when I try it with an old version (1.7.8.10), I've got the same error message. I've tried it to export with and without Themler configuration in the ZIP-file.
I can't see on the official pages of Themler which versions are supported.
Can you give support?

Hi,

Themler is only possible till Prestashop 1.6
Therefor I've switched to St-themes. Only $99 (a lot cheaper) and Prestashop 8 possible.

Stop using Themler! I've asked for refund after 1 day. Reminders sent after 2, 3, 5 days. Totally no answer, still not after 30 days. They only want money.

ST-themes is a lot better!!!

I'm using now ST-themes (www. sunnytoo.com) and must say it works perfect for Prestashop 8 versions. Stop using Artisteer, Themler, Nicepage, ... All products of the same maker, each time a new product. But they can't do the job.
No feedback from support, no refund, .... nothing.
Don't waste your money to this!
@themler: please react ...
