I am happy 100% the same issue, if I turn all pluggins off, I can get it back, but the moment I turn on a few (popular ones) back on the themler editor stops working correctly. I have played with cache, turning any minify off, nothing makes a difference.
See another ticket with the same problem.

What version of themler did you see this problem appear, I have seen it on 554 and 559?
What version of themler did you see this problem appear, I have seen it on 554 and 559?Using a pluggin called "WP Downgrade" and tested returning to 6.3.2, it worked, I have full control over themler again. Tested on a 2nd site, with 17 pluggins all running perfectly. So this editor conflict is in 6.4.1 vs themler 559+.
Rolling back others until this problem is resolved. But this is a way out of the rubbish for the time being.
I have also popped php back to 7.4 just in case.
