I used to create Joomla templates with Artistees since years :-)
Now with Themler the Header / Navigation is shown only in the first Home Screen ... In Artisteer I create one Template which worked for all Menu Items ...
what is wrong? Thank you for your help.

in fact there's no need to add Horizontal Menu control to all templates, it could be added once and then shared between templates. Please refer to this post

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I provided link to private topic. So I copy my response regarding menu here:
There're several horizontal menus controls in the Themler, it looks like you added new Horizontal menu to each Template. In fact there's no need to to it. However you may add single Horizontal Menu and share it between all templates. I'd recommend that you remove all Horizontal Menu controls from Themler theme (from all templates), then add Horizontal Menu into Header, e.g.
The Header Area is shared on all template thus you get the same menu on all pages
