Change menu text "Home"

Creating a new blank theme with Themler I wan't to change the text "Home" in the main menu. The homepage do not appear in the pages list (because this is a blog page?), and I have changed the title in the Apperance -> Menus to "Hjem", which I would like to have. Have also been looking trough the source files in the template but can't find the text "home". Where can I fix this?

I think, yes.

Where can I fix this?

Could you please try to change following theme settings:
1. Click to Appearance in Wordpress Admin
2. Click to Theme Options
3. Change "Home item caption" field
