Hi Tina,

I also noticed we already paid £49.75 GBP on Order ID 150289, does these mean we have already paid for Themler as that is more than Themler costs with the photos included?

Hello Michele,
the order 150289 is "Photos, Artisteer Projects, 1 Year" and it cost you 49.75 US dollars.
This order means that you may download Photos and Artisteer Projects (.artx files) at BillionThemles.com. This order does not include Themler subscription.

The Themler Personal Subscription which costs $49 also includes the Artisteer projects from BillionThemles.com. But it includes free photos only, and number of other options http://themler.com/Purchase

So in fact these are two different subscriptions.

I am very dissappointed with your response. I registered and paid for Themler etc, on the basis that i got all services as per the avertisement quoted below on your website. Basically it said that as an EXISTING and ACTIVE user with CURRENT serial number $49 would get me Themler Pro, ($199 less discount), 200,000 stock images, I.E http://billionphotos.com/Media/Index?Search.Key=
And both Themler and Artisteer licenses to run for just over a year until October 2016.

I don't see why i should have to pay again as i have already paid the $49 to get all of these services as per your special offer on these links.

Thanks for your response, i appreciate what your saying but it was this section of text here at the top of that page that i thought was relevant.

The problem i have is that we are not sure Artisteer or Themler are the best way for us to move forward. See Template Toaster here. Themler is arguably in beta infancy and may or may not mature into a market leader!

I don't want to spend more money again this month to evaluate Themlers ecommerce options on the Pro version and then again next year have to renew 2 products or 3 with photos! I am not sure what licenses cover, the wording leaves much confusion, especially on use of photos. Overall I am feeling a little hard done by with all the changes at Artisteer although i appreciate what you are trying to do, i'm not sure i want to get caught up with using and paying for 3 different programs, unless it's the best option available in the market. And that's the 'BILLION' dollar question!

I am not sure if Themler is going to catch up with Template Toaster. I can't find anyone giving Artisteer or Themler a better review than Template Toaster. I am open to reading up again, if you can point me to reviews showing why i should pay more money and remain loyal to Artisteer and Themler over Template Toaster. The problem is i don't have time to fully evaluate 2 packages, so i need to make a decision and either support Artisteer/Themler or drop your product and migrate over to Template Toaster.

I realise from your response now that the error of buying was really my own error and that my interpretation of getting a full solution, was just a link to another similar offer. But it just seems the other offer was better and included the exact same things? Well i think that's what your marketing is saying. So i made a bad choice and it's my fault and unless i pay again! .... i won't be able to test the e-commerce side of Themler.

At the end of the day i suppose i'm frustrated by additional costs and confusion in where Artisteer/Themlers road plan takes them and wondering if the vibe/solution is tipping the scales away from supporting Artisteer.

I think i need to make a decision and i guess i am asking you to provide me with some concrete facts that will convince myself and the whole community to stick with you whilst you mature Themler into a better product.

Of course like many users, we are wary of online solutions due to slowness of response when we need instant speed. After all that's why most of us deserted Adobe!

Your Artisteer license is still active (expires at October 16, 2015) and you can get Themler Business for free and try it before purchasing Artisteer update or any other Themler subscription. This is enough time to make an informed purchase decisions.
Themler has a lot more advanced features that Artisteer. But because of this, Themler a little more complicated. I suggest that you TRY Themler by yourself. You can try either our cloud, Desktop version or install theme on local/hosted CMS.

The difference between Themler Business and eCommerce/Pro subscriptions in the supported CMSs and available Photo's sizes (Small in Business, Medium in eCommerce and Large in Pro).
Please check this table carefully and you will see the difference:

If i type in my artisteer-license at

it shows me that my license is expired (thats right) and I should pay 99$ for the themler pro Version.
Is in the 99$-amount the extension of my artisteer-license also included or not?
