how to update themler core wordpress plugin

I have to maintain a website which has been created from someone else many years ago. I have to switch to PHP 8 for security reason. As soon as I do change the php version the website will be broken. the problem is with the old version of the themler plugin and the theme created with themler. there is a plugin called themler core with version number 0.1.2, but there is no possibility to update the plugin from the Word Press Admin Panel.

Sorry for the beginner question, but how can I update the themler installation for my Wordpress site and afterwards update the theme so it will work with PHP 8?
