Error when launching themler on joomla website

I am unable to edit or review templates in themler on Joomla 5.1.2 site.
When launching editor in Firefox I get error written in editing area of template: "Permission denied to get property "href" on cross-origin object.
In Chrome and edge the error reads: "Failed to read a named property 'href' from 'Location': Blocked a frame with origin "https://website.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame.
Have you seen this error or do you have any suggestions how to remedy it?

  1. Please make sure you build the theme based on default Themler theme for Joolmla 4/5, and use its latest udpated version.

  2. For the cross-origin error please also refer to this article:

I recommend updating Joomla and Themler, adjusting browser security build now gg settings, or modifying .htaccess to allow cross-origin access.

This error happens because browsers block cross-origin access for security reasons. To fix it, check if your Joomla and Themler versions are fully updated. Also, ensure that your eCommerce website is not using browser extensions or security settings that interfere with iframe permissions. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then disable any conflicting plugins or Content Security Policy (CSP) rules in Joomla. If the issue continues, add ALLOW-FROM or frame-ancestors directives in your site’s headers to permit Themler’s access.
