Error when launching themler on joomla website

I am unable to edit or review templates in themler on Joomla 5.1.2 site.
When launching editor in Firefox I get error written in editing area of template: "Permission denied to get property "href" on cross-origin object.
In Chrome and edge the error reads: "Failed to read a named property 'href' from 'Location': Blocked a frame with origin "https://website.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame.
Have you seen this error or do you have any suggestions how to remedy it?

Hello,

Please make sure you build the theme based on default Themler theme for Joolmla 4/5, and use its latest udpated version.
For the cross-origin error please also refer to this article:

I reviewed the linked document and tried everything listed there, but I still can't get themler to load.
