jumping over the view

There has been a problem with the site for some time. The problem appears on the mobile version when I browse the site on a smartphone.It is especially visible when browsing a subpage: https://przedszkolepodsmerfem.pl/o-nas/personel/
The view jumps from one place and then comes back. It makes even normal reading difficult. What could be causing this problem? I've never encountered anything like this before.
