empty section library on new windows instaltion

I installed your program on a clean computer where it wasn't there before. I logged in, and I have the same problem as on previous ones. The library is empty. The photo library loads but the section elements don't. I get the message "no results a.....". It's not the computer's configuration that's the problem, but the connection or access to your database. I don't have an antivirus and I turned off the firewall.

Maybe there is some ban on IP addresses from my pool?

I have previously installed the current themler on another computer and it is exactly the same. The photo library loads but the section library does not.

t's still not working after a fresh install, with the photo library loading but sections showing "no results." Antivirus and firewall are off, suggesting a database connection or IP issue. This happens on multiple computers here in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. My ISP is Jio. The full message is "no results available." This has been happening for a few weeks now.

I have exactly the same problem. The photo library is loaded, but suggestions for headers or sections appear empty. Same behavior with all browsers. It seems as if it cannot load the templates. Initially the loading bar appears, after approx. 20 seconds: No Results.

@alice45richards, it has nothing to do with new installations. It is a problem with Themler itself, the library cannot establish a connection and therefore cannot load templates, headers, footers or sections. We have to wait. I have already written to Themler support, but have not yet received an answer. It's been like this for several days!
