I paid the support subscription 2 weeks ago and I didn't get support. I tried to contact with the support and I haven't got a response from the team and I can't work with Themler anymore due to that

Themler is down so we buy the more expensive application. I think NicePage bought Themler and now the new owner is just letting Themler hit the wall. You get no support, you can no longer download themes,...not even insert a blank section. It's just sad how they treat their own customers. :(

If you paid and didn’t receive support, check your confirmation email and contact the service provider’s support team with your payment details. CCBSA – Coca-Cola Bursary South Africa 2025

I appreciate you focusing light on the support challenges that many people have, especially after we invested in something like Sprunki. It's frustrating to be left hanging after paying for a service. Your insights make it apparent that great customer service is equally as important as the product. This has an impact not only on our experience, but also on the trust and reliability of the gaming community as a whole. I hope other businesses take note of this discussion; thank you for bringing such an important issue to our attention!
