Where have the templates / or sample pages gone?

Indeed, all themes and templates seems to be removed.

I think you're letting the Themler project die so that we can buy Nicepage. But Nicepage is much more expensive than Themler. The packages are very limited and therefore proportionally more expensive. I renewed my license today. The payment system still works, but not Themler. That's really bad.
