Themler add section not working.

Dear Themler, for 3 weeks now I have had a problem adding a section in Themler. I checked on several computers and the sections do not want to load, please let me know. The license is up to date, please help?

We are many people that have the same problem. I think it has been like this for about 8 weeks now. No response from the Themler team what so ever. I have tried to mail to their info address, and I have also written in the Nicepage forum. I´ve got one answer from support at Nicepage, and the answer was that Themler is not shut down. I responded with, that many functions don´t work any more, no response to that right now.

I can't select any libraries, sections, headers or feet, no connection possible.

I'm seeing this behavior currently on all websites.

I have tried clearing my cache, tried on multiple different browsers / computers, and multiple different sites using Themler templates. I even tried downloading a fresh Themler template from the site, but no change.
