Horizontal Menu from my custom template not displaying correctly

I'm slogging away at getting my template working with my Joomla! 3.4.3...

Current issue:
My edited Polyhedron template is nicely designed showing my main menu horizontally across the top. However Once downloaded and then uploaded to my locally installed Joomla! using Extension Manager I simply lose my horizontal menu and all I get is the word "menu" that I can click on and it displays the menu vertically in the middle of my website...strange behavior.

I've searched for answers out there and nothing seems to work. Any advise would be appreciated!

Mike,

Please note that you need to set your Joomla menu exactly as it is done in the Sample. Unfortunately the Extension Manager is unable to transfer admin settings.

I blew out my Joomla install and reinstalled it and the template displays correctly...I'm pretty new to Joomla so I may have messed up the menu module somehow....

That's the way to work out issues? Deleting a template than install? It's a freaking nightmare working with Themler!

Hi,

The reinstalling of Joomla or template is not really good solution but he already did it.
Unfortunately without seeing the issue we cannot say for sure what happened. According to the screenshot the website switched to responsive mode for some reason. That's strange especially if it happens on the same computer where the he created a theme.
So, we glad that menu is working now. If the issue happens again we'll investigate it.

The horizontal menu does not appear! I've already tried the z-indez, position, and did not work. Sometimes it appears, but then it disappears.
The Error is Horizontal Menu is empty.
I change the position name, change the menu template, create new and all the same problem.
I was an Artisteer user for 3 years very well. In Themler it's already 2 years old and I can not put a full theme in the air.
For example https://troiagas.com or https://ecopirol.com.br
I have not seen how to post the access information in private.

Hi,

Please create a new topic with the detailed explanation of what is not correct and the access to the site back end. When creating a new topic choose it to be private (available in the bottom of the create topic screen).
