Hi,

  1. how often may I use a photo, that I downloaded in the time of my paid subscription? Only once, in one website?
  2. fotolia wants a copyright hint at least in the imprint of a website. How it is with Billionphotos? Must I write a copyright hint for every photo that I use on a website? If yes, where? And what must it include? I am talking about the photos of the paid subscription.
  3. May I use the fotos, that are downloaded with the themes? If yes, do I have the same rights, as with the photos of my paid subscription?
  4. When the subscription ends, end I do not renewal it - what is with all the downloaded themes and photos? Do I loose the right to use them, or can I use them furthermore?

Hello,

  1. There is no limit for that.
  2. The photo which doesn't have any imprints itself does not need any extra imprints added.
  3. Yes you can use those photos. Yes you have the same rights and restrictions listed here:

4. After sunscription expires you still can you use the downloaded themes and photos from your profile.

The photos which are contained in the header of the free template cannot be used or re-used for commercial purposes. The photos from non-free templates can be reused in different templates.
