Does Themler support click events/mouse over events etc. ? (jquery)

I would like to expand a content element after clicking on an image for example.

Use Themler Bootstrap native panels.

Give just pointer to the cursor in custom CSS for panels. Dont know why Bootstrap doesnt add it by default.
