Greetings,

I purchased Themler 2 days ago. Since a friend of mine solved our wp theme problem while I was buying it.

So I won't use the software now or in the future. I'd like to get a refund. Can I?

Usually we do not offer refunds because we offer an unlimited product trial version to make sure that our customers make an informed purchase decisions, while helping us avoid time and expense of processing refunds.
We recommend that you do not purchase products that do not meet your needs but evaluate the free evaluation version like everyone else.
However, we want all our customers to be happy and we always resolve technical issues promptly.

I purchased Themler and the Magento WILL NOT load!! After looking at the forum I see many people are having this same issue and I see NO resolution so far. If you can't offer a solution I will want my money back! I expect to hear from somebody on this issue very soon!
