Eric,

We do not restrict access to databases on your side.

Thank you!

Themler does not include phpmyadmin in its installation.

But you can download and use it, if you want.

Please use these MySQL credentials:

Server Address: 127.0.0.1
Server Port: 12306
Login: root
Password:

We plan to add an option for full backup/restore to Themler soon.

Thanks,
Themler Support Team

Themler support says that "We plan to add an option for full backup/restore to Themler soon."

Meanwhile Akeeba Backup works fine, but the Kickstart restore is more complicated, and has some pitfalls. I had to recover my website work after Themler locked me out and have worked all of that out. BTW, don't install a login module, and then shutdown Themler AFTER having logged out, or you will likely have the same problem.

It would likely take a few precious hours to type all of that information here, so I will defer that (unless someone has the need and is put in touch with me via an email from Themler support).

Hi Albin

I think you may be able to help me.

I'm trying to restore a database into Themler. It would be very helpful if you could let me know how you installed phpMyAdmin within Themler. If i can get this sorted, I will be able to restore the database.

In my opinion, it should really be integrated within Themler.

Many thanks in advance, David

Hi

I've now done that but can't login to phpMyadmin. Possibly something to do with config.inc.php but I'm giving up the will to live at the moment.

Thanks, David
