Hey guys,

Hoping to take my first themler Drupal theme to an actual website, I tried exporting it from the Themler Desktop application.
The export fails and Themler reports a permission problem,

see screenshot
.
I tried setting new permissions on the [..]hd_data folder as per instructions here. Didn't work.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

Is there a fix under way for this issue? And in the mean time, is it at all possible to generate a Drupal theme and use it on an actual website?

Thanks in advance

Hello

We've already fixed this issue. Please follow the next steps to fox it on your side:

  • Download the latest Themler Desktop from our website.
  • Copy C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_[numbers]\drupal\sites\all\themes\ to your hard drive to make a backup.
  • Install the latest Themler update with "Remove CMS Content" option enabled.
Please note that this option will remove CMS content too.
  • Launch Themler Desktop and start Drupal
  • Upload backups of the themes to C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_[numbers]\drupal\sites\all\themes\
  • open the following URL in browser and clear cache:
    http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_[numbers]/drupal/admin/config/development/performance
Please note that you should replace themler_[numbers] with real directory name.
  • Re-start Themler.

You should now see all your themes. Please let us know if permissions issue continues.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi Olivia,

Thanks for the guidance. I'm stuck at the cache clearing. I get an access denied page.

I re-installed themler with remove cms option. I launched it and selected "Drupal". I visited the URL, adjusted with my theme nr.
See screenshot for more info.

Looking forward to your reply.

Ok, I guessed the username/password combination.
Logging in with "admin" / "admin" brings me to the config page where I can clear the caches. After that and restarting Themler it all works fine.

Thanks!
