The site is on Joomla 3, with a Themler-based template. The site owner hired a company that is integrating its own systems — analytics, accounting, and something else. They are making modifications to the template’s code. But whenever something needs to be done through the Themler admin panel, all their changes are reset and Themler restores its own files. They are asking me, as the site’s developer, to do something about this so that the files stop being restored after modifications.

Question: how can I disable the automatic restoration of files?
