So if there is a new windows version after 1 year and there are problems with compatibilities , ... I have to pay for the update?

you have described quite hypothetical situation. I need to say that we're always try to resolve all technical issues shortly and promptly.
And in any case it depends on you whether you decide to extend the subscription or not.
