Removing Themler

Hi,

How do I remove Themler from a website without removing the "theme". I have a customer's wordpress site I have been working on with Themler (on-site - not the desktop version).
I have completed the site and now want to remove the Themler options from the Wordpress dashboard. How do I do this without having to remove the entire theme?
Obviously I don't want the customer to have access to my Themler account via the website back-end.
Is there a simpler way than having to download the theme (without Themler), remove the theme, and then upload it again - this time without Themler??
Thanks.

Hi,

As a possible solution please try to download your current theme and don't select Include Themler option.
Then install this theme to your WP back-end and remove the previous one.

This should help.

Please let us know the result.

Thanks,
Ivan

Yes - I have been doing this. I think it would be a good addition to the program if you could simply remove the Themler program from the dashboard instead of having to mess around with downloads, etc.
Thanks.

Hello Justin,
there's the suggestion in our wish list to hide Themler menu from CMS admin. Unfortunately I cannot say when it will be implemented.

regards,
Aileen

Wish everyone would vote on this... If I hand off a site to another person I don't want them having access or knowing Themler was used.

Hi,

Now you can edit the theme on the customer's site and then export the theme without editor, install it on the site instead of the theme you were customizing. Should not change the design, but you will get the theme without editor.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi,

The themes are located under the Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS >> copy themes located in the regular theme folder inside CMS. Simply copy themes somewhere and uninstall Themler.

You can also download themes from Themler one by one.

Thank you,
Olivia

Thats a bit unprofessional in my point of view, if he wants to make a theme to provide to a client... is almost like making a logo and under the logo comes... made with illustrator, or photoshop or something like that...not saying to white label the themler(that would be a plus btw) but to provide the possibility of the themler removal but keep the theme
