Error 500 on Joomla template

Hello!
I am using Themler v567 and I have a problem: on fresh installed joomla 4 or joomla 5 website, I get error 500 on frontend, when I switch to a template which was made in Themler. Default joomla template (Cassiopeia) is working normaly. PHP version is 8.3
Please help!
