Artisteer Support GONE?

That's very sad to hear. I've been using Artisteer for the last several years and really like it. I started working with Themler in the last 3 weeks. To be completely honest, I'm not impressed with Themler. I've been developing Wordpress themes for nearly a decade, so I know my way around. While the themes look nice, Themler itself is functionality overload and a huge learning curve. You have to make adjustments for every...single...element whether it be for a blog page or individual blog post. It's crazy. Here's hoping Artisteer doesn't leave the radar.

Hella, thank you. I appreciate the offer. At the same time, as someone who as been creating Wordpress themes for more than a decade, I'm not very impressed with Themler. When I'm connected to Themler in my WP dashboard, it spikes my server, any real tutorials are non-existent and the functionality is overkill. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with it or just continue using Artisteer .

Since I use Artisteer, I contacted technical support a few times, and I must say I have never waited long to get an answer. My last communication with them is two weeks and I got a reply within an hour after I sent my application. Maybe it is because I say hello to begin my message and my message that I end with a thank you.

Require and have a quick and courteous response technical assistance should be normal, but acknowledge the efforts made by the team of technical support is also important. I read all the demands made on this forum, and sometimes applications do not concern Themler and the team takes the time to answer anyway, and that time is not spent to respond to real problems and bugs.

I use artisteer as well. I'm trying to export all of the themes I created with it but it crashes after 3 or 4 themes.

I've been using themler just over a month and have broken through the learning curve. I have free PDF downloads available at www.frozenpeachthemes.com on the support page.

All the bugs make me want to go back to Dreamweaver - which I could since I have it. But it's not easy to create themes that way since there are too many sections to split it up to even work on wordpress.

Usually Artisteer is fast to respond. They were NOT as of late. I do not mind waiting 24 hours or so but not days and days. Saying Hello and Thank you should not matter but I was including this.

Hopefully they are all done with the vacation.

Sorry to hear that but in case you want to spend a little bit more time with Themler, please let us help you a bit. Have you seen these videos with the overview of making the template?

and some others in our documentation. The videos are speed up not to be the longest video tutorial you've ever seen, but you can easily tweak the speed in YouTube options.

In case you have any issues using Themler, please report the bugs in the separate cases, we'll definitely take a look. Regarding the Artisteer crashes, please contact Artisteer support directly. If you do not receive a reply in a long time, please let us know the case number so we could speed up the process.
