Different between Desktop and CMS Version

Hi,

I have a paid subscription can got carried over from Artisteer however I haven't had the time to play around with Themler. Today I tried to download it and I see I have two options, the desktop version and a CMS version. I tried looking through your documentation, forum posts, etc to find out what the difference is between the two but I could not find anything. Could you please let me know the difference or point me in the right direction.
