Converted from Artisteer doesnt work in Themler

I have followed the threads saying to download the latest Artisteer version 43060858 in order to be able to export to Themler, my Joomla templates made in Artisteer. So I did that and ended up with the expected ZIP file waiting to be uploaded to the web site.

I went to the web site and attempted to upload and install the converted Artisteer to Themler template into Joomla and all I get is the following error in response:

Warning

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/<domain name removed>/public_html/tmp/install_55f77b28da85f/fields

Template Install: Could not copy files from the files source.

Note I have removed the actual domain name only in that answer from my Joomla installation.

I would prefer to be able to load this into Themler on my desktop but there is no option to do that as Themler opens in Firefox and then gives no option other than to create a new theme or to open one that you may be working on via clicking on the picture of it. It doesnt actually allow me to browse my computer for the Themler converted theme at all. Uploading the theme to my domain means only the error as stated above.

What is going on please?

Greg.

Hi, Greg.

Could you please provide us .zip archive with theme and .artx project, so we would be able to reproduce your issue.

Thanks, Server.

I too have Artisteer (installed from Artisteer.4.3.0.60858.exe) and Themler (installed from Themler.1.0.93.95c52.exe) on Windows 7 Desktop platform with i5 processor. I export as Themler Joomla (see attached file export-Artisteer.png) from Artisteer. I get an error when I try to Import from Zip into Themler (see attached file Import-Themler_error.png).

I've attached the .artx project and the zip template.

Can you help?
Thanks,
Johnny Fowler

Hi Johnny,

Sorry for the delay.

Please select Include content option when exporting your project from Artisteer.
This should resolve the issues.

Thanks,
Ivan
