You can not have more than 2 opened Themler windows, but that does not mean that you can not save more than two themes.
So please close one of the Themler tabs in browser to open the new one.
Also the templates can be deleted in your account >> My Themes tab. Hover the template and you will see the trash sign in the right bottom corner.

As mentioned above when you work on cloud you can run only two virtual machines with CMS at the same time.
Once you try to run more than two CMSs you should see the following message:
To keep the changes in the theme click "Theme" menu in Themler >> "Save" to save theme to cloud. It will be available in your profile under Themes tab.
