Module Positions in All Templates (Joomla)

I've noticed if I insert a module position it only works on that template page (home, etc). If I hover over the hmenu position, I see that you can share it in all templates if you want. Why can't you choose the same in the module position?

Is there a way to just get rid of the extra "templates" within the template? And have one? A la Artisteer?

Thanks!

Another great example. I just put a clickable logo (fixed on screen) on the "home" part of the template. Now I have to go duplicate that for "blog, default, etc". There must be a better way to do this.

When you duplicate use paste and share, to avoid unnecessary code in PHP, CSS files.
Just paste gives you unique classes and unique CSS code lines for each template, and it is something you dont want and need in 99% cases.

- left, right, top, botton.....
- position-1, position-2, position-3.....

Genau wie in Artisteer!

Hi,

The template includes several already shared positions. Such as Header, Footer ans Sidebars. All the controls positioned in those areas will be shared on the templates with the same settings.
So, for example, adding a logo in Header section will automatically show it on all the other templates if the header is enabled there.
Also if there is any issue in the responsive modes, please describe them in more details so we could reproduce it.

About the position names. You can set the module position name inside Themler.
The breadcrumbs position has some peculiarities, you can read about them in the documentation:
