Hello Pal, just wanted to say Welcome to Themler. I might be wrong here but you are importing it the correct way and making sure the theme you are importing is compatible with Themler? lets take Artisteer as an example, to add an Artisteer theme to Themler you have to EXPORT it with the Themler plugin, it isn't compatible straight from a normal Wordpress export or .artx file. So like that, are you perhaps importing it as a normal Wordpress/your cms zip and not the Themler compatible one?

Hi,

As I understand, you are importing the Themler theme. Please use the Import from BillionThemes... option. If you have problems with some specific theme, please point to that specific theme.

Thanks for getting back. Seems I was doing it wrong. All sorted now and being new to it all I am making some silly basic mistakes but now I can start playing about to get a good feel for it. All good.

Hello I am having the same issue. I tried to import a theme originally made with themler desktop and now it will not import. The client wants some changes and I can not make it without importing it. this is my error message.

Import failed We are Sorry, only wordpress themler's themes are supported.

if you're sure that this is WP then the reason is that the theme was exported without the 'Include Themler...' option. In this case the theme cannot be opened in Themler anymore.
