If i cant open file .artx error message

I download ARTX theme billionthemes-958287-travellution.artx there http://templates.themler.com/Themes/Detail/958287/Travellution
i can`t open it in the Themler (online and local versions) message:
"File uplad filed,
Unpacking...
Installing the theme...
The package could not be installed/The theme is missing <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.
Theme install filed.

In Artisteer file opened normal, but Themler show a mistake.

Hello,

Themler cannot open ARTX files. You can export Themler theme for Joomla or Wordpress from Artisteer and then edit it with Themler.

Ok. Im opened ARTX file from Artisteer, create project for Wordpress (zip) and activate theme in wordpress admin panel.
But button "Themler" does not exist in wordpress admin menu if this theme is activated.
If activated theme "blank_themler_wordpress_theme.zip" menu button "Themler" exist.
If i open in windows version Themler i see "Only Themler themes possible..."
A question: How redaction ARTX themes in Themler?? Where`s promised compatiblity?

Hi,

Please make sure that you have exported the template from Artisteer using the Include Content option. If that does not help, please attach the exported template and also the .artx file to the ticket.
