Why I can not download paid themes ? every time I tried to download the theme it is asking me to pay although my subscription is okay and valid .

Hello,

There is a limitation - 10 themes per day. If you exceed the limitation, then the rest of themes will not be free on that day.

As I see, you had the Photos and .artx projects subscription. The one year update will cost $69.
You can also consider the Themler subscription that includes the Photos and .artx files subscription as well and also gives you an access to the brand new design tool. Have a look:

Insert your Artisteer license key and you will see the discount you can have for each subscription. Note that only Pro subscription includes the Large photos and 100 per day downloads.
