I have a valid "One year upgrade period for Artisteer Standard Edition and Themler Business" (since 1. of October 2015), but I can't download any photos.

Hi,

I do not see the Themler Business subscription under your account. Please make sure that you have inserted your license key in the following link:
http://themler.com/Purchase

After that you need to press Apply and the Get under the desired subscription.
Then you should be able to download small images.
