Problem Themler template popup menu in Joomla 3

I tested several Themler templates for Joomla 3.3.x. Popup menu does not work correctly with any tested templates.
Popup menu works only with the active link (li class = "current"). File "templates/themlertemplate/includes/hmenu/default_hmenu_1.php" for the standard menu link does not generate (div class = "bd-menu-2-popup") and therefore the submenu items. In the demo example http://i1875958.joomla.23.preview1-live.billiondigital.com/ popup menu works. Can you help please?
