Hi

I've installed the desktop version of Themler on my laptop
Last week I was on vacation, and there was no internetconnection available. (stupid me! :) )

Now, when I start the program, to finish a theme I started at home, it was not possible to do anything.
I only get a white screen, with a WordPress-link

I attached the print-screen.

Hi,

We do not intend to go off the market. In any case if this happens servers will be working further so the users will be able to work.

Sincerely,
Hella

I was trying to test Themler again on a plane and when i tried to add a photo it locked up!

I was only trying to add a photo from my own hard drive, but it seemed to need Internet access, which is why it crashed. I had to close the program and start over and to carry on i could not add photos. I assume the same would happen whenever i am working offline?

Is there anyway around this, it's very frustrating as i often work with the Internet off, especially when mobile. When the internet is off i save battery power on my laptop/phone, not to mention the possible 'debatable' dangers of WiFi signals being on all the time!

Thanks

@Pixie magic

no.
This is one of the MOST STUPID ideas about Themler.
They always want you to be connected to the internet while working with their software.

greetings

Hi,

Themler works on subscription basis. Internet connection is needed for authentication and verification. This is a part of the Themler protection.

Thank you,
Olivia

Oh no, tech troubles on vacation! 😅 I was trying to finish a theme in Themler last week while traveling, but with no internet, all I got was a blank white screen with a WordPress link (attached screenshot). Total frustration!

On a side note, at least checking official stuff like my Emirates ID status check was smooth thanks to the UAE government’s online system—no login needed, just quick and easy from anywhere. If only all apps worked that hassle-free!

Back home now and finally online—time to troubleshoot Themler. Anyone else run into this? Would love tips!

I faced the same frustration when Themler wouldn’t respond offline; it really disrupts the workflow, especially when trying to make quick changes. Switching between internet-dependent and offline tasks was tricky, but planning ahead helped a lot. While dealing with this, I checked out MG Vacation Rentals for tahoe city rentals and realized having a stable connection makes all kinds of planning, including trip arrangements, much smoother. Balancing work and travel details became way easier once I adjusted my setup.

Working without an internet connection can open opportunities to focus deeply on tasks without distractions, relying on offline tools, downloaded resources, and personal organization to maintain productivity. There is a chance that ideas flourish when interruptions are minimal, and one might discover new ways to manage time or enhance creativity. Offline work could even lead to unexpected insights, mirroring the unpredictable nature of trends, where something as subtle as chris rock kids latest might capture attention in ways not planned, suggesting that working disconnected can still keep you connected to possibilities around you.
