How do we make the post content full page, keeping the logo and the nav at a set width. The reason I am asking, is I want to have full page sheet as well as post content so I can build websites like this one:

In fact, you don't need to make full page Post Content to create the same page.
It's enough to put the Post Content or Sidebar control inside the container with Length >> Full Page. This can be a Row with Columns or Sheet, for example. You can add a background image with fixed position to such wrapper to achieve the result as here http://forsolutionsllc.com/ (sections with background image and blue text groups).

If you really can not use the Olivia's solution above, you can try to make the sheet full width and then put the rows before and after it. Insert the Header, Navigation and Footer controls inside those rows and set the left and right margins in the row. They can be in px or % to make those controls not as the sheet width.
