How the heck do I edit this."WordPress Theme created with Billion Themler." Clearly I would never want this on my clients website.

Hello

Unfortunately the text in the Page Footer control is not editable.
To remove it please right click on the Page Footer control >> remove Page Footer.
You can insert Text control with own text in the same place if needed.
