Whenever I try an import a theme I get told that only Themler themes are supported. What is the point of having Billion's import option if they are not compatible?

Hi,

Please attach the theme you are having problem with. You have exported it from Artisteer? Or it a Themler .zip theme?

I simply tired using the import from Billion themes in the Themler menu. See attachment.

I can not reproduce the problem with the random template. You are working online or in the desktop version? What exact theme you tried to import?

Hi,

You started HTML theme and trying to import PrestaShop theme.
The Import from BillionThemes option as well as Import from ZIP allows to import only Themler themes of the appropriate type.
So, to import the PrestaShop theme from shown on the video you should choose PrestaShop CMS instead of HTML on the start screen.

Unfortunately there are no Themler HTML samples on the BillionThemes at this time.

Aaagh.. that makes sense :) It would be good if Themler only listed compatible themes for the template that you were working on. That said I am loving working with Themler :)

Hello Andre,
when you're working with theme in Themler relevant CMS is noted at the top menu, e.g.:

ThemlerCMS.png

In My Themes section the CMS for which theme is created is also listed

MyThemes.png
