I purchased themler since almostand my license has not been sent

I purchased themler in the past 24hrs and am yet to get my license...I can't even do use the promised images from billion, am really not happy one bit, because I have a timeline to meet. why collect payment and not send license?
I just tried to apply an icon from billion images and they said I need a license whereas I am working on a purchased themler.

Hi,

You have purchased the Personal subscription that includes only images marked as free. To use the other media files you need to upgrade to some other subscription. Please have a look to the table in the link below:
