Delete vertical menu in footer

Good evening

In some themes we can download from billionthemes, there is a vertical menu in the footer.
For some reason, it's not possible to delete this. Not if I try the joomla position, nor the vertical menu

The error I get:

Remove {0}

REMOVE_CANNOT_CONTROL_DIALOG_MESSAGE Vertical Menu

**

This vertical menu is of no use for me, so I don't need it

Good afternoon Hella

After a couple of hours, I found the solution.
You first have to rename the Joomla Position from 'footer' to something else.
From then on, you can delete the vertical menu.

As long as the vertical menu is placed inside the footer, and the joomla position is also named footer, you can't delete it
