As a possible solution please try to completely remove your current installation (select Remove CMS content option) and then install the latest version from our website.

Your WP themes are stored in the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_some_digits\wordpress\wp-content\themes
Simply copy it to your PC and feel free to remove CMS content when uninstalling Themler application.
